Vier Monate lang war ich in Aussenkehr, doch rückblickend fühlt es sich unwirklich an. Ich frage mich, ob alles nur ein Traum war oder ob ich nun in Deutschland in einem Traum lebe. Diese prägende Zeit hat mich tief beeindruckt, und ich wünschte, ich hätte länger bleiben können.

Bevor ich nach Namibia gereist bin, um mein Praktikum anzutreten, versuchte ich mir die Vorkommnisse vorzustellen, wobei mir dies nicht gelingen sollte. Ich wusste einfach nicht wie die Situation vor Ort aussehen würde.

Meine Zeit in Aussenkehr war geprägt von Höhen und Tiefen, aber insgesamt war es eine unglaublich bereichernde Erfahrung, auf die ich gerne zurückblicke. Schon bevor ich ankam, hatte ich eine grobe Vorstellung davon, was mich erwarten könnte. Doch vor Ort war vieles anders – intensiver und herausfordernder, als ich es mir vorgestellt hatte.
